There’s No Reason to Wait
Some new homeowners assume they should wait until the surrounding neighborhood is fully built out before adding an enclosure. In practice, there’s no advantage to waiting — permitting and construction work the same regardless of what phase your community is in, and getting it done early means you’re settled and using your outdoor space without dealing with nearby construction activity later.
