Keep Your Enclosure
Protected Year-Round
We build them. Now we help you maintain them. Our maintenance services are designed specifically for screen enclosure owners — because nobody understands your structure better than the people who build them.
The gutters where your enclosure meets your home are the most critical — and the most neglected. Clogged structural gutters cause water intrusion, frame corrosion, and damage to your enclosure’s base. We clean and flush them properly, because we know exactly what we’re looking at.
- Structural enclosure gutters cleared and flushed
- Downspout inspection and flow check
- Before & after documentation with photos
- Available as one-time or recurring service
- Pricing starting at $149 — single-story
An annual inspection by people who actually build enclosures — not a general handyman. We walk the full perimeter, check every critical point, and give you a written report of what we find. Catch small problems before they become expensive ones.
- Full perimeter frame inspection
- Screen panel condition assessment
- Door hardware, latches & alignment check
- Anchor points & base water intrusion review
- Written inspection report left with homeowner
