Why Add a Sunroom
- More usable living space: a room for morning coffee, a home office, a play area, or a place to unwind
- Natural light and views: enjoy your yard in comfort
- Custom design: sized and styled to fit your home and your property
- Built to Florida standards: engineered to Florida wind codes, with permitting handled for you
- HOA-ready: we prepare the submittal package your community needs
Sunroom or Screened Lanai?
Both give you a protected place to enjoy your backyard, but they’re different products. A screened lanai keeps the breeze and keeps the bugs out, while a sunroom is a more fully enclosed room. Read our guide: Screened Lanai vs. Sunroom: Which Is Right for Your Florida Home? We’ll talk through the tradeoffs during your free on-site visit.
How It Works
- Free on-site estimate: we look at your space and talk through how you want to use it
- Design and quote: a custom plan with clear scope and pricing
- Engineering, permit, and HOA submittal: we handle the paperwork
- Construction and inspection: built by our team and finished to code
