Screen Enclosures in Atlantic Beach

Atlantic Beach is a coastal community with genuine character — tree-canopied streets, a close-knit neighborhood feel, and one of the most active outdoor cultures in all of Jacksonville.

We build pool cages, screened patios, and lanai enclosures throughout Atlantic Beach. Our experience in the Beaches communities means we understand the material requirements for coastal construction and the Duval County permitting process.

Pool screen enclosures and pool cages — Custom pool cages engineered to Florida wind codes and designed to fit Atlantic Beach’s home styles.

Patio and porch screen enclosures — Transform your patio into a protected year-round outdoor living space.

Screened lanais — One of the most popular upgrades in Northeast Florida.

Tear-downs and rebuilds — When an existing enclosure is beyond repair, we demo and build new to current Florida building codes.

Rescreening and screen repair — If your frame is solid but the mesh is worn or torn, we rescreen panels or the entire enclosure using premium mesh.

Motorized screens and louvered pergolas — Motorized retractable screens and LouveRoof louvered pergola systems.

Paver installation — We install pavers alongside your enclosure so your entire outdoor space is transformed in one project.

Quarterly screen enclosure gutter cleaning & inspection — We offer this service for any enclosure in Atlantic Beach — any brand, any age.

Atlantic Beach’s coastal setting requires the same material attention we bring to all Beaches builds — coastal-grade aluminum finishes, corrosion-resistant hardware, and screen mesh suited to salt air and wind exposure.

We also serve homeowners in neighboring communities including Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach and throughout Duval County.

How much does a screen enclosure cost in Atlantic Beach?

Pricing varies by pool or patio size, roof style, screen type, and upgrades. Call (904) 805-4343 for a free on-site estimate.

Do I need a permit for a screen enclosure in Duval County?

Yes — all screen enclosure structures in Duval County require a building permit and must meet Florida wind load engineering requirements.

How long does installation take?

Most installations take one to three days on-site once permits are approved. Permitting typically takes two to four weeks from submission.

Can you match a screen enclosure to an older Atlantic Beach home’s architecture?

Yes — and this is one of the things we do well. Atlantic Beach has a wonderful mix of older beach cottages, mid-century bungalows, and newer builds, and a well-designed enclosure should complement the home’s specific style.

For post-installation care, see our screen enclosure maintenance guide.

Atlantic Beach is a small city in Duval County, Florida, on a barrier island along the Atlantic Coast, directly north of Neptune Beach, characterized by its oceanfront setting and walkable access to the beach.
