Your customers want a pool they can enjoy without bugs, leaves, and glare, and you want an enclosure contractor who shows up, builds it right, and handles the paperwork. Kish Enclosures builds custom aluminum pool enclosures and handles the engineering and permitting, so the enclosure doesn’t slow down your project.

Why Contractors Work With Kish

  • Licensed and insured in Florida: FL Certified Specialty Contractor, Lic. #SCC131149801
  • Engineered and permitted: we handle enclosure permitting and engineering to Florida wind codes
  • Direct line to the owners: you work with the Kish team, not a call center
  • Full scope: new pool enclosures, rescreens and repairs, tear-downs and rebuilds, and custom aluminum construction
  • Four-county coverage: Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau (see service areas)
  • 30+ years of experience in lanai screen enclosures and aluminum construction

How It Works

  1. Send us the project: address, pool plans or dimensions, and your timeline
  2. Site review and written quote: we confirm measurements and scope
  3. Engineering and permit: we prepare and submit what the county requires
  4. Build and install: scheduled around your pool construction
  5. Final inspection and handoff: clean, finished, and ready for your customer
