Screen Enclosures in Yulee and Wildlight

Yulee and the brand-new Wildlight community represent Nassau County’s fastest-growing residential market. Wildlight, developed by Rayonier, is a first-of-its-kind Florida Lowcountry-inspired master-planned community with trail systems, community amenities, and a lifestyle philosophy built around nature and outdoor living.

Kish Enclosures builds pool cages, screened lanais, and patio screen enclosures throughout Yulee and Wildlight. Most homes here are new construction, and a majority of homeowners will be adding their first screen enclosure within the first few years of ownership.

Pricing varies by size, roof style, screen type, and upgrades. Call (904) 805-4343 for a free on-site estimate.

Do I need a permit for a screen enclosure in Nassau County?

Yes — all screen enclosure structures in Nassau County require a building permit and must meet Florida wind load engineering requirements.

How long does installation take?

Most installations take one to three days on-site once permits are approved. Permitting typically takes two to four weeks.
