How much does a screen enclosure cost in Beauclerc?

Pricing varies by size, roof style, screen type, and upgrades. Call (904) 805-4343 for a free on-site estimate.

Do I need a permit for a screen enclosure in Duval County?

Yes — all screen enclosure structures in Duval County require a building permit and must meet Florida wind load engineering requirements.

How long does installation take?

Most installations take one to three days on-site once permits are approved. Permitting typically takes two to four weeks.

My Beauclerc property has a large, irregular pool deck and mature trees near the pool. How do you approach a complex site like that?

Complex sites are where design matters most. We assess every site individually during the free on-site visit — pool geometry, tree locations and root zones, existing slab configuration, and the views you want to preserve — then design specifically to those conditions.

For post-installation care, see our screen enclosure maintenance guide.
