Screen Enclosures in Neptune Beach

Neptune Beach is one of Jacksonville’s most sought-after neighborhoods — a tight-knit coastal community with a quiet, upscale character, limited inventory, and some of the highest homeownership rates in Duval County. Homeowners here take pride in their properties, and a custom screen enclosure from Kish Enclosures is a natural complement to the outdoor coastal lifestyle that defines this community.

We build pool cages, screened patios, and lanai enclosures throughout Neptune Beach using materials and construction methods suited to the coastal salt air environment. Wayne and JT Kish personally oversee every Neptune Beach project.

Pool screen enclosures and pool cages — Custom pool cages engineered to Florida wind codes and designed to fit Neptune Beach’s home styles.

Patio and porch screen enclosures — Transform your patio into a protected year-round outdoor living space.

Screened lanais — One of the most popular upgrades in Northeast Florida.

Tear-downs and rebuilds — When an existing enclosure is beyond repair, we demo and build new to current Florida building codes.

Rescreening and screen repair — If your frame is solid but the mesh is worn or torn, we rescreen panels or the entire enclosure.

Motorized screens and louvered pergolas — Motorized retractable screens and LouveRoof louvered pergola systems.

Paver installation — We install pavers alongside your enclosure so your entire outdoor space is transformed in one project.

Quarterly screen enclosure gutter cleaning & inspection — We offer this service for any enclosure in Neptune Beach — any brand, any age.

Neptune Beach’s small-lot layouts and mature residential character mean enclosure designs need to work within tighter site constraints than suburban counterparts. We’re experienced designing pool cages and patio enclosures that make the most of Neptune Beach’s compact but well-appointed outdoor spaces.

We also serve homeowners in neighboring communities including Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach and throughout Duval County.

How much does a screen enclosure cost in Neptune Beach?

Pricing varies by pool or patio size, roof style, screen type, and upgrades. Call (904) 805-4343 for a free on-site estimate.

Do I need a permit for a screen enclosure in Duval County?

Yes — all screen enclosure structures in Duval County require a building permit and must meet Florida wind load engineering requirements.

How long does installation take?

Most installations take one to three days on-site once permits are approved. Permitting typically takes two to four weeks from submission.

My Neptune Beach home has a smaller outdoor footprint than a typical suburban lot — can you still build a quality screen enclosure?

Absolutely. The key is designing an enclosure that maximizes the usable protected space within your actual footprint rather than trying to fit a standard template. Neptune Beach homeowners consistently tell us the enclosure made their outdoor space feel larger, not smaller.

For post-installation care, see our screen enclosure maintenance guide.
